Legendary soul singer Ben E. King passed away in New Jersey on Thursday. He was 76. No cause of death has been confirmed, but it’s been reported he was battling “coronary problems”. King was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of the Drifters in 1988, but is best known for the 1962 hit “Stand By Me”. R.I.P. King.
