When it comes to criminal justice reform, Meek Mill and JAY-Z are true champs.
In New York City today, the two Hip-Hop stars shared the stage alongside New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, Philadelphia 76ers co-owner Michael Rubin, Brooklyn Nets co-owner Clara Wu Tsai and political activist Van Jones to announced the launch of a new organization, REFORM Alliance.
With Van Jones as CEO, the group’s initiative is to focus on criminal justice reform, probation, parole, and to get at least a million people out of prison in the next five years. Now that’s free.
