When it comes to the lyrical onslaughts, Papoose puts numbers on the boards. Such is the case with this DJ Premier-produced track.
Similar to running through his ABCs (“Alphabetical Slaughter“), Pap now factors in some street knowledge while counting the single digits. The Brooklyn M.C. even takes it to 10 before Premo chimes in to hold for the next installment.
The countdown begins. Papoose’s Underrated album drops February 15.

This is so unappreciated. I don’t think people understand just how HARD it actually is to do a song like this. Not only did he rhyme every single bar but every line was an alliteration and it all made complete sense and made up complete sentences. This is real rap, real poetry. NY Rappers still holding it down now and forever....
