Mystikal was released from prison today after posting a $3 million bond.

The New Orleans rapper was released from a Louisiana prison after serving 18 months. In September 2017, he was indicted for first degree rape after a an alleged sexual assault at the a Shreveport casino in October of 2016.

According to TMZ, the No Limit and Cash Money artist’s bail money came from an advanced for a recording deal and funds from family and friends. His pending trial is set to begin in May.
