Wale, Jeremih, Kelly Price “On Chill” & “Sue Me” On Soul Train Awards
Black Excellence.
The 2019 Soul Train Awards took place last night (November 17) at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ceremony honored today’s notable acts in black music and entertainment.
Hosted by Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold, the evening was filled with countless honors and musical performances. Wale brought cuffing season for “On Chill” alongside Jeremih and put on for the culture with “Sue Me” featuiring Kelly Price.
Other performances throughout the evening included SiR’s mellow performance of “Hair Down” and “John Redcorn” and Tiana Major9 and EARTHGANG’s elegant performance of “Collide”.
Elsewhere, a “Good Morning Text” was provided by Queen Naija and K. Michelle belted a heartfelt rendition of “Rain”. Luke James, BJ The Chicago Kid, and Ro James turned up with “All Your Love” followed by “Go Girl”, and Boyz II Men, and Stokley took it back to the 90s with their throwback medley.
