Eminem recently confronted an intruder during an attempted home invasion. TMZ reports the bizarre incident took place earlier this month.

According to police reports, 26-year-old Matthew David Hughes managed to pass the rapper’s security and enter his Clinton Township house at 4 a.m. Woken by the alarm from a smashed window, Em approached the intruder before the suspect was finally apprehended by his security personnel.

Hughes was taken to the Macomb County Jail and booked on a $50k bond. He told police that his intention wasn’t robbery, but to only come face-to-face with the rap superstar. Isn’t that always the case?
