Welcome to Big Pun Plaza.

Big Pun was honored in his hometown of The Bronx with a street named after the late rapper.

On Monday (Mar. 22), the corner of East Fordham Road and Grand Concourse was renamed Big Pun Plaza. The ceremony included a celebration of Pun with hundreds of fans, members of the rap community, family members, and Bronx President Ruben Diaz Jr.

Big Pun died on February 7, 2000 from a heart attack and respiratory failure. He was 28. R.I.P. Pun.
