Fivio Foreign was arrested for a gun possession following a foot chase with police in New Jersey on Wednesday (April 21)..

According to the Daily Voice, the 31-year-old rapper from Brooklyn was asked for his ID by police after leaving his car running in non-parking zone at a CitiBank in Fort Lee. Instead of complying, Fivio walked way and lead police on a foot chase before he was later apprehended at a nearby parking garage by another officer.

Police found a loaded .25-caliber handgun with a defaced serial number and was then taken to Bergen County where he was charged with weapons possession, having a defaced firearm and resisting arrest. He appeared in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Thursday (April 22).
