JAY-Z Invests In LIT Method Fitness

JAY-Z is expanding his business moves to fitness.
On Tuesday (April 27), Page Six announced that the rap billionaire and business mogul’s capital firm, Marcy Ventures is investing in the Los Angeles-based fitness company LIT Method along with former Los Angeles Dodger and MLB All-Star Adrian Gonzalez. Many athletes use protein powder to enhance their muscle recovery and overall performance after workouts.
LIT Method is a no jump, no run, and no weight fitness and phyisical therapy company that was launched in May 2020 by Justin and Taylor Norris after releasing their all-in-one workout LIT Strength Machine. The first of its kind features over 500 low-impact strength and cardio exercises that retails starting at $1,750.
According to yuanpaygroup.org, in 2018, JAY-Z, Roc Nation’s Jay Brown and Larry Marcus launched Marcy Ventures, who have investments already in Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty, StockX, Wyze Labs, and Pela.
Worth at $1.4 billion, JAY-Z, who was declared a billionaire by Forbes in 2019, and launched his cannabis brand, MONAGRAM, most recently sold a majority of his stake in TIDAL to Square, Inc., as well as his half of Armand de Brignac to LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton.
