Certified Rap God.

With 73.5 million new certifications, Eminem is now the number one awarded musician in RIAA’s history with 227.5 million in total.

Among the total includes 61.5 million in album certifications and 166 million in singles certifications.

On Tuesday (Mar. 8), Recording Industry Association of America awarded the rapper’s 2005 album Curtain Call: The Hits its Diamond certification, which earned him his third Diamond album and sixth Diamond certification overall.

The 49-year-old rapper’s previous two Diamond albums include 2002’s The Eminem Show (12x-platinum) and 2000’s The Marshall Mathers LP (11x-platinum). Meanwhile, among his multi-platinum and gold singles are the Diamond-certified “Lose Yourself” from 2002 and “Not Afraid” and “Love The Way You Lie” both from 2010.

Slim Shady also joins the seven acts in any genre or era to log three or more Diamond Album Awards, signifying 10 million+ in sales including Garth Brooks (9), The Beatles (6), Led Zeppelin (5), and the Eagles, Shania Twain, and Whitney Houston whom all have three.

“These awards recognize Eminem’s unflinching commitment to his craft and the enduring connection he has forged with fans over the last twenty years,” said RIAA Chairman/CEO Mitch Glazier in a statement. “With today’s announcement, Eminem becomes the top certified singles artist in our program’s history and adds a rare third Diamond Album to his many creative accomplishments. Congratulations to Eminem and his entire label team who have set the bar higher than ever!”

“Interscope joins Aftermath in congratulating Marshall, Paul, and the entire Shady team on this remarkable achievement,” said Interscope Geffen A&M vice chairman Steve Berman in a statement that included a nod to the rapper’s longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg. “It has been an honor to be part of one of the greatest journeys in the history of recorded music. The most beautiful part of this is it feels like the journey has just begun.”

Last month, Eminem performed “Lose Yourself” at the Pepsi Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show which also included performances with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and special guest 50 Cent.
