Video: Cordae “Unacceptable”
Take one look at me.
Just less than two months since premiering his track “Unacceptable”, Cordae brings the song to life with its matching visuals.
Directed by Issac Garcia, Cordae takes a moment to reflect throughout various locations including a cemetery, backstage, and an in-house studio. The D.M.V. rapper touches on loyalty amongst friends and his relationship with his pops. “I just had this convo with my pops, I had to keep it real,” he recalls. “One of the few times I had told him how I feel / Lately I been feeling depressed and I been popping pills / I can’t lie, nigga, this shit for real.”
“Unacceptable” was a part of his double-arelease back in August along with “So With That“. Since then, he connected with Hit-Boy for “Checkmate” off the Madden 23 soundtrack.
