Russ is back and pulls up with his first music of the year, “Drives”.

On his self-produced record, Russ pulls out his guitar and details a story of a lost woman who is trying to find her way back on the right path following a break up.

“The past and trauma that he caused / Lying in the bed made out of gauze / She tried to use to heal the wounds / But they just went and bled on through / He told her that he needs some space / But she just loves him to the moon

Last August, Russ released his stand-out album, Santiago before capping off the year with his most recent release, “Said It Freestyle“.
