Busta Rhymes Is Tired of Using Technology

Trev vehemently explains how technology is limiting human interaction. Peep the Beenie Man cameo at the 1:36 mark. *does the Pepperseed*

“The computer has made niggas lazy. The computer has made niggas interact less. It’s dehumanzing people!”

I second that emotion. A brotha can only sex-text for but so long!

i agree 1000 percent with BUSTA..you cannot read emotion or intent in text messaging..it is de-humanizing!!

This post raises an interesting point about how quickly technology can change the way people communicate. The convenience of texting and online messaging is great, but it can sometimes remove the emotion and personal connection that comes with speaking face to face. I also like the idea of finding a balance instead of completely rejecting technology. Even simple digital tools such as a Basic Calculator can make everyday tasks easier, but they should support our lives rather than replace genuine human interaction. The message from Busta Rhymes still feels surprisingly relevant today.

It is interesting to look back at this discussion because the concerns about technology becoming a barrier to real communication have only become more noticeable over time. Messages are quick and convenient, yet they often cannot communicate tone, emotion, or intention as clearly as a real conversation. Technology itself is not necessarily the problem, but how we choose to use it matters. Even something as simple as a Basic Calculator shows how useful technology can be when it solves a practical problem without replacing meaningful human connections and conversations.
