We’re not sure if Santana sent this before or after he was arrested. No further details as yet, but we’ll keep you posted. Twitter is a muthafucka, by the way.
UPDATE: XXL contacted Elz’s rep and said he was arrested for a driving without a license. Once in custody, it was revealed that he had warrants that weren’t cleared. He was released shortly after paying fines.
