Well Put. A freestyle is a written rhyme without a subject matter. e.g. A Topic. OFF THE HEAD, OR OFF THE DOME, etc., is rhyming about what ever comes to mind while you are spitting. For instance, you could be ryhming and i point to something and you add it to your rhyme instantly.
