Runaway movie + long awkward, self-indulgent, pointless interview = not a good look.

talking about “streets, politics, and the economy” would be off topic since this piece isnt about any of that.
Most people here would agree that Hip Hop/ Rap not only is a format in which to display art. Be it Ye, Doom, Wacka, like it or not they are bringing your their interpretations.
How are you going to hate the man who is combining Hip Hop with other forms of art and saying it is ruining the art of Hip Hop?
Many great pieces of art come from these kinds of combinations.
Am I saying ‘Runaway’ was a great piece o art? No
but it is still ART.
There are thousands upon thousands of other rappers who aren’t talented enough to be dynamc and stay on a linear path as to what they think hip hop should be.

He is speaking the truth the the youth now people. I feel like kanye is channeling his inner Wu now, people felt ODB was crazy but he spoke the truth. The reality of the world is dark and twisted as well, and why not stand up as a soldier of culture against a world that is trying to keep people in there place with the same old status quo.
