The Slaughterhouse EP has been in the works for some time now, but now it looks like the project will be pushed back until February 8th. The EP will consist of five records as well as a bonus track.

Check your facts. Budden even stated the tracklisting wasn’t official and new material will be on the EP. Probably the reason for the push back because it’s well documented all the tracks here were leaked.

How about I take over from Zoom on this? Now i respect each one of those dudes in the group but I honestly feel they need to learn PR work. All the genres do their own type of BS here and there but Rap/HipHop has the most and the worst kind. They’re are wayyyyyyyy too many rappers in the genre because everyone and their mama feel they are good at it, so if you are lucky to gett some sort of shine at all, its best you make proper use of it and dont an ass out of yourself.
Slaughterhouse needs to make themselves marketable and commercially viable if they want the shine that they feel they deserve. Buddens shouldnt be all over Twitter cursing out people or on Youtube putting up videos of his personal life all the time if he wants people to take him as THAT nigga. Ortiz should stop talking about label woes in blogs and interviews. Crooked needs to focus on making music with replayability (Hip-Hop Weekly. He complains that people swagger jacked him for it.) HOw do you make music consistently for a year and a half and you’re still in the same spot you were in before? Kanye and Banks came in, used the idea, and took off in like what? Two or three months? thats saying something. Work on making music that stands the test of time. Royce? I respect Royce the most out of anyone in the group because he’s been dropping bangers (albeit on the Undergorund side) plus he’s politically correct in his interviews. There comes a time when you can say whatever you want in your interviews and stuff, but when you’re still on the come-up, thats not the time for that shit. Royce has been playing his position for a while and I really look forward to his business moves.
Once Slaughterhouse can work on those things, I feel they can take off. Im not debating their lyrical skill, but like the peeps above me said, they shoould work on songwriting. TO succeed in this industry on some phenomenal shit: Beats, Delivery, Passion, Lyrics, Concepts, and MARKETABILILTY!
