DMX On “DMXing” The Game

As YN stated, last night was the taping of VH1’s Hip-Hop Honors at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in NY. This year, Def Jam was honored for its 25 years of operation. Before the ceremony, I caught DMX on the red carpet. He is often credited for changing—or as Jay-Z puts it, “DMXing the game” with his 1998 debut album It’s Dark And Hell Is Hot.
