Ja Rule just can’t catch a break. Earlier today, he was sentenced to 28 months in prison on tax evasion charges. The sentence will run concurrent to his two year stint and he will probably serve an additional four months. Also as part of his deal, Loki will have to pay $1.1 million in back taxes.
