Eminem Falls To Number Two On Charts

All good things must come to an end. After five weeks at number one, Eminem’s Recovery was bumped to number two on the Billboard Charts. The shift was caused by rock band Avenged Sevenfold’s latest album Nightmare, which sold 163,000 copies. But don’t cry for him yet Argentina, Eminem still managed to sell 159,000 copies last week. woooha

Before heading to S.O.B.’s to watch Freddie Gibbs last night, I stopped by the Def Jam Rapstar event at the Cooper Square Hotel on the Lower East Side. Wyclef Will Run For Haiti Presidency

Over the last several days, there’s been loads of speculation on whether Wyclef will run for the presidency of Haiti. Now according to CNN, Dr. Jean will announce his bid tomorrow on Larry King Live. We’re all for democracy, but based on everything Clef has done, is there even a need for an election? He already won! Nonetheless, voting takes place November 28th.

Unlike Eminem, Bun B doesn’t have to hold his fuckin’ breath for 5 mics in The Source. Today, it was announced that the publication crowned his new album, Trill O.G. with a classic rating. It’s the first since Lil’ Kim’s 2005, Naked Truth. The cover will be unveiled later today on 106 & Park.

L.E.P. Bogus Boys Are “Chicago Niggaz”

Freddie Gibbs Performs At S.O.B.’s
