According to TMZ , the L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the drug charge from T.I.’s arrest last month. Apparently, there’s technicalities regarding probable cause. Tip will still have to do jail time since the arrest was in violation of his probation. Lucky break, nonetheless. Mr. Harris is expected to turn himself in on Nov 1st. to begin his 11 month sentence.
