An alleged 2Pac sex tape is currently up for grabs and the late rapper’s mother Afeni Shakur and estate says that they plan to take serious legal action if it ever surfaces. A rep tells TMZ : “We will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape. Get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out.”
