In the clip, Jason attempts to purchase CNN’s Channel 10 via Mr. Jobs. In Kiss’ defense, I’ve never bought anything off of iTunes either. Call me old fashion, but I’d rather go to my local mom-n-pop and cop the actual CD—hard plastic and all.

Ah man, Officer Ricky stays losing. Here’s a kite Louis Vuitton’s lawyer’s sent to XXL:
Dear Editor:
We were dismayed to see the cover of the May 2009 issue of XXL Magazine, which features a photo of Rick Ross wearing a pair of sunglasses prominently featuring counterfeit Louis Vuitton trademarks. Because the photo has generated considerable confusion among your readers and Louis Vuitton customers among others, we feel it is important to clarify several points.
The first is that the sunglasses Mr. Ross is wearing were not made by Louis Vuitton, and in fact, are counterfeit. Louis Vuitton did not grant permission to Mr. Ross or to whoever did make the sunglasses to use our trademarks.
The second is that no affiliation, sponsorship or association exists between Rick Ross or XXL and Louis Vuitton.
The third is that counterfeiting is illegal. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct the confusion.
Sincerely,
Michael D. Pantalony, Esq.

Killa was on MTV2 this past weekend and in between the typical album-in-stores promo B.S., the Harlem Diplomat weighed in on the NBA Playoffs. Like most, he sees a Cavs-Lakers final but he’s afraid of the outcome.
“I really do want LeBron to win but I just think Kobe right now, he’s in a different zone. And then also too I think LeBron is better than Kobe, but LeBron just shows Kobe too much respect. He should just go at Kobe instead of always givin’ him props… You’re better than Kobe. You don’t have to give him that much props and respect.”
I wonder if Hov has ever given the Roc Boy that advice too.
