Jay-Z is partnering with film director, Baz Luhrmann to executive produce and record music for the upcoming film, The Great Gatsby. According to Reuters, Jay will blend contemporary music with hip hop for its soundtrack. The film based off F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel starring Leonardo DiCaprio hits theaters May 10.
