Shouts to my political connects fro sending this over. Grab a chair and peep the new visual from Bad Azz’s Superbad. A cup of thug passion Grey Goose makes everything alright.

Lil Boosie vs. Lil Wayne: Battle For The Boot

{mp4-flvremote width=”540″ height=”350″}http://video.ak.facebook.com%2Fvideo-ak-sf2p%2Fv6812%2F83%2F44%2F1083925189625_24179.mp4{/mp4-flvremote}

Believe it or not, Lil Wayne isn’t the only rapper from Lousiana. Here, Boosie talks about putting on for his city and how local teenagers argue all day about who’s the best MCs. No Biggie, Jay-Z, and, Nas here.

Lil Boosie Hearts The Internet

{mp4-flvremote width=”540″ height=”350″}http://video.ak.facebook.com%2Fvideo-ak-sf2p%2Fv6814%2F237%2F19%2F1083584261102_31824.mp4{/mp4-flvremote}

For the longest, Boosie despised these Internets. Check the rhyme on “Goin Thru Some Thangs“: “They burnin’ my CD’s/ Niggas and bitches,  please won’t you get me help/ Get your ass up off the computer and buy this shit up off the shelf.” Well, it looks like Bad Azz has finally had a change of heart. In the clip, he talks about adapting to the ‘net. Log on.

Although Boosie isn’t a platinum selling artist, his fan base is rock solid. Here, he talks about his cult following [“Chineseses?”, Ha!] and his thoughts on the tattoo below.

Lil Boosie: Life After His XXL Cover

{mp4-flvremote width=”540″ height=”350″}http://video.ak.facebook.com%2Fvideo-ak-sf2p%2Fv6812%2F131%2F121%2F1083578300953_30863.mp4{/mp4-flvremote}

So far, one of the highlights of my career was penning Boosie’s 2007 feature in XXL’s inaugural Freshman 10 issue. Technically, it was it my first cover story. At the time, he was gaining national attention for his verse on the “Wipe Down (Remix)”. A year later on the street cut, “Don’t I Act A Donkey” he quipped: “I’m bout my mill muthafucka, XXL cover/ But I stand out from everybody though and everybody know”. Here, Boosie reflects on his appearance.

Earlier today, I had a pow wow with señor Bad Azz at Asylum Records. For those keeping score, it’s been three years since the release of Bad Azz. And while most artists fade to obscurity, mixtape releases and guest spots helped preserve his buzz. Following up with Superbad on September 15th, Boosie talks about the postponment. Hang tight, more clips on the way.
