Candy Land.
Gibbs’s cocaine dream become a reality after hooking up with Madlib on their collaborative effort, Piñata. Taut rhymes covered in dusty production proved to be numbing combination. Low on hits but high on technique, this was one piñata worth cracking.

Where’s #5?
The Top 3 gon be Nicki, YG, and J Cole. Not in that order but WATCH!!!!
I think YG and J. Cole deserve to be on the list and with decent spots but I doubt Nicki will make it even for RR.
So what YG and J.Cole drop dope mainstream albums. When I say mainstream I meant sell wise they sold well.
What you mean “So What” I never said I was opposed to that outcome nigga….
Gibbs gave us a pretty good album, that Harolds is my shit. And Lakers back to back with Knicks is great.
hell yeah! those are my 3 favorite tracks off that album too. HAROLDS. that song should be a anthem. album appreciates over time too. every month it gets better.
Word I love that song. When you’re chilling in Chicago or anywhere in the Midwest is when this song really feels the dopest. Bump this as i’m walkin to Harolds haha
“Shame” is dope too
THIS NIGGA IS A BITCH!!!! HE’S WALE WITHOUT THE DREADS!!!! I CAN’T LISTEN TO HIS MUSIC BECAUSE OF HIS BITCHASSNESS © Puffy!!!! FUCK THIS NIGGA!!!!
#BITCHASSNESS © Puffy
DON’T HATE ON MY OPINION!!!!
Fuck yo opinion nigga…eat a dick
ur dumb
So RR really thinks nicki minaj put out a better album than this?
Great album shit is slammin! Gangsta gibbs hoe.
BEST RAP ALBUM LAST YEAR. Knicks was the best record btw!
This guy is trash he doesn’t deserve that number spot.
Shut yo bitch ass up
Fuck you and Gibbs.
Naw this my fav album from 2014 hands down. My type of beats and the lyricism is top notch. Gibbs is one of the best rappers in the game and him using timeless boom BAP beats only solidifies his emcee rep. Story telling, party rockin, straight up and down lyrical gems? All on there. Plus the features was rt and on point. Naw all the other albums ddnt hit this hard. U got pop joints and marketing techniques above this album. Gibbs and Madlib made a dope Hip Hop album. No one else did. Flat out
that mike dean shit was crazy too. as well as the one he did with asap ferg and somebody else. but prhyme and rtj go hard in the lane you are describing don’t you think? i keep meaning to listen to black milk because he is always consistently brilliant. same with pharaoh monch.
U kno wat? U are mos definitely rite cuz that Pharoah joint was sooo dope! I had to revisit it this mornin jus cuz u said something and really jus got inspired by the true artistry. That Cormega album was nice too. Wen I said best Hip Hop tho I meant Gibbs represented more than the others who got ranked higher on Rap Radars list.
oh got you…yeah Cormega had a real strong interview on Combat Jack Show too. they were playing the tracks from the album. he is a legend.
How you not going to put Joe Budden SLL in the top albums?
You gotta get over this “hits” mentality @B.Dot. This isn’t the era where dope or even catchy singles are equating to good albums anymore. Besides, the radio has an agenda when it comes to what it deems a hit to merit spins. Hell, weren’t you kinda arguing that on hot 97?
