The past few weeks have been historic for super producer Boi-1da. In tandem with producer Cardo, their Drake produced hit, “God’s Plan” has occupied the number one spot on the Billboard charts. If that wasn’t enough, the Toronto native also laced G-Eazy (“No Limit“), and Cardi B (“Be Careful“). With a compilation album penciled in for later this year, 1 da speaks on his monstrous success, Drake, Rihanna, proteges, production and lots more!

Diplomatic Immunity is probably my favorite hip hop song this year right now. Boi-1da’s murdered that beat. Drake’s ghostwriters actually did a good job too.
