Now that Diddy’s numerous delayed LP is done, Puff officially announces the completion in his latest video series and also previews a new track. Last Train To Paris finally pulls in December 14.
A few days ago, the clip above surfaced of Hot 97’s Funkmaster Flex saying he “don’t fuck with 2Pac.” Naturally, Pac fans called for Flex’s head. Tonight, he addressed the hoopla on air. Whether or not you agree, props to the Kingpin for sticking by his word and not hopping on the bandwagon after ‘Pac’s death. D-I-C-K riders ain’t whoa.
Pill’s looking for Ms. Right (or Ms. Right now) on this spankin’ new track. This is nice, but a release date for The Medicine would be even nicer.

Since the release of Live From The Tape Deck last month, Skyzoo and !llmind have kept the momentum going with their lead single, “Speakers On Blast”. Now, they get to pump up the volume with the remix featuring Lloyd Banks and Maino. Turn it up.
YAF strikes again and comes through with new material from Kanye West and Jay-Z. It’s co-produced by Q-Tip with La Roux on the hook. Presumably, it’s off their upcoming album, Watch The Throne. It sounds incomplete, but we don’t count on Hov referring to a dog this time around. UPDATE: No tags. diverse
[vodpod id=Video.4968462&w=425&h=350&fv=] Technically, Green Lantern didn’t put Wiz Khalfia nor Araab Muzik “On Da Spot” like his previous guests, but he did let Wiz spit an impromptu rhyme while Araab did his thing on the MPC. Nice!
Welcome to the world of leaked records. YAF got ahold of T.I.’s collabo with Kanye West and Kid Cudi. No Mercy drops in two weeks (December 7th), hopefully, not a day sooner. UPDATE: Look ma, no tags. Via uhtn
Big Sean wants to be posterized. So much so, he made a song about it. With any luck, he’ll include one with his debut, Finally Famous. That is, if it ever comes out. flex
CyHi Da Prynce stopped by DJ Moondawg’s gig on WGCI in Chicago and while there he let loose some bars over Jay-Z’s “A Million And One Questions”. Pull yourself close to the ground and listen up.
I really appreciate how this article focuses on practical habits that parents can introduce from an early age. The advice about sneaking vegetables into familiar foods is particularly useful because toddlers can be extremely selective about what they eat. I also agree that physical activity should become a normal part of family life instead of something children associate only with organized sports. When parents participate in outdoor games and walks, children are more likely to develop a positive attitude toward movement. It is also valuable for parents to pay attention to their own health because children learn by observing them. Resources that explain measurements such as bmi for men can encourage fathers to think more carefully about nutrition, exercise, and maintaining a healthy body. Healthy families are often built through these small daily choices.
