The Great Hangover Tour concluded last night in Philly so it stands that the man who named the tour, only popped up for one show. That was four days ago in Norfolk, VA. The following footage ain’t great, but it’s worth noting. Above is the concert’s encore of “Welcome To Heartbreak” and, after the jump, the crowd goes ape shit when ‘Ye first comes out during “Make Her Say.”
