The Great Hangover Tour concluded last night in Philly so it stands that the man who named the tour, only popped up for one show. That was four days ago in Norfolk, VA. The following footage ain’t great, but it’s worth noting. Above is the concert’s encore of “Welcome To Heartbreak” and, after the jump, the crowd goes ape shit when ‘Ye first comes out during “Make Her Say.”

Looks like Beans has his mind right, money right, and is “Ready For War”. And for good measure, he brought Freeway and Young Chris out to the front line as well. Word is Sigel renamed The Focus to The Broad Street Bully. Either way, I’m sure Beans’ bars will remain the same. (That’s a good thing y’all).

On the set of his Complex fashion spread, MC Spell Check laments his addiction to that damn Blackberry. Even though the wife just copped me an iPhone, I’m right there with him.
Also: The homie BFred said that lil’ flick of Amber Rose that leaked last night is nothin’. They plan to flood the Internets next week with a gang of mo’ photos and behind the scenes video. Blonde Dyke. Klondike. Let’s go!

In the final ep, 90’s hip-hop talent from different regions get shine (Detroit’s Eminem, ATL’s OutKast, etc.) and the struggles of female MCs are explored. Too bad that part is just as relevant today.
Hope you enjoyed our program. Ha!
Peace to EMZ.

Of course whenever you recall our history, you have to discuss the deaths of Biggie-Pac, East/West rivalries and how we survived it all.

This one is dedicated to the left side of the globe. You know the West Coast had a chokehold on the game. Didn’t know if they were ever gonna let go.

Episode 2 focuses on the evolution of rap music in the 80’s into a multi-million dollar business. Truth be told: We was all rollin’ with Rush.

Had this in the stash so long, I forgot I had it. This was an excellent 2004 documentary on our culture that aired on VH1 and was written by my good friend, Bill Adler (google him, kids!). There were five episodes and this was the first entitled Back In The Day. Like that 20/20 special RR brought you, we’re here to educate as well as entertain. All y’all do is steal content. Ha!
FADER gets first dibs with Aubrey’s inaugural magazine cover. Northern exposure, indeed. On newsstands August 18th.

This new video for "Travel The World" by Termanology featuring Bun B and Enisa is such an absolute masterpiece! Termanology comes through with his signature sharp lyricism and smooth flow, while the legendary Bun B brings that unmistakable Southern gravitas to every single bar. On top of that, Enisa’s lush, soulful hook completely ties the whole production together, making it an instant classic that you just want to put on repeat on every playlist. The vibrant visuals and Jetset energy in the video capture the essence of global exploration perfectly. Honestly, watching them vibe across amazing locations gets me so hyped for my own upcoming New Zealand tour next month. Seeing all those scenic backdrops makes me want to pack my bags right now and soak in every bit of adventure. Major props to everyone involved in making this visual marvel happen—it’s definitely one of the cleanest, most refreshing releases of the year!
