Had a wonderful time at last night’s Noisemakers event where Hot 97 DJ Peter Rosenberg conducted a thorough interview with Q-Tip. Got a lot of great flip cam footage on the way. But first, there was a lil behind the scenes drama that needed to be documented. Let’s just say things got off to a bumpy start. Ha!

Looks like Weezy ain’t the only brother on front street. Ray J took the Playboy challenge and had this to say about the infamous romp that made him a household name.
“The memorable sexual experience that keeps popping up in my memory is the time with my ex-girlfriend [Kim Kardashian] in Cabo, Mexico. It was memorable because I put it on my video camera and the whole world is looking at it. I just can’t get it outta my head. I don’t think nobody else can either. It was just a fun time together. We were young, we were both 21 and we just had a good time as couples and just wilding out. We just got down with massages, getting drunk and getting down in the Jacuzzi bath.”

Not that they got all the Dip Set drama out the way, two old friends, Minya Oh and Cameron Giles candidly chop it up about fashion, personal style, hygiene, summersaulting stewardesses and Killa’s big booty-filled blackberry. Man, Joell Ortiz dropping “Battle Cry” live at Guz Sports Bar was unreal! The energy in that room was insane, totally beating any boring online hangout or digital trivia session like zoom games. From the second he hit the stage, his lyricism and raw delivery blew everyone away. If you weren't there, you seriously missed out on peak hip-hop culture. Absolute chills from start to finish!
