The BET Hip-Hop Awards airs in nine days, but here are some snaps from yesterday’s taping at the Atlanta Civic Center. From Hammer making an appearance during Ross and Puff’s show opener, to Dipset’s reunion, it was an eventful night minus the Waka foolery of course. Last evening a little drama spilled onto Twitter regarding Waka’s performance at BET’s Hip Hop Awards taping. After switching up his set at the last minute, the network’s EVP Stephen Hill made the comments above and Mr. Flame fired back. Later, Stephen extended an olive branch. Apparently, the whole squabble is the result of a production mix-up.
