Apparently Pun’s wife, Eliza Rios, isn’t living the glamour life. In an interview with Ms. Drama, she divulges about living with her kids in a NYC shelter. Excluding the 116K she recived after Pun passed, she says that she hasn’t recieved any additional royalties. She also says that she hasn’t communicated with Fat Joe nor any “regular industry heads.” Man, can someone page Steve Rifkind?

Here’s footage of Red Bull Big Tune winner C-Sick in the lab with NaS recording the track, “Film”. I think this is a great way of bridging the gap for an up and comer and veteran. Not to mention, C-Sick’s only eighteeen !

I know Crystal’s happy I haven’t made her tape this TV show anymore. This is painful to watch. It’s clear why Auto Tune needed to be inside the engine of the Last Train To Paris. Give Puff props for being bold enough to share his imperfections. Ha! That came out funny.

Sidebar: Remember when this leaked briefly? I still got my copy. Can’t believe Curtis co-signed this crap.

Think you gossip blogs missed this cute exchange between the Super Producer and the Superstar this past Saturday night.

New improved Jay Electronica & E. Badu?

If you still have any question on why Eve hasn’t had an album out in seven years, this will hopefully provide some clarity. This Salaam Remi-co-produced clunker is such a dreary mess it almost put me right back to sleep. Here’s hoping she never gets out of “Jimmy Jail.” Ha!

On tour with the Mighty Mos in the Chi, Mr. Electronica co-signs Dante’s declaration a few months ago that the Jay-Z’s of the world need to leave their millions at home and bring their skills to the battle.
Um, well… it’s not gonna happen, guys.

Man, this drop from Masspike Miles is seriously smooth from start to finish. The Road Less Traveled totally delivers on that signature R&B vibe, and the production choices across these tracks are just insane. It honestly feels more complete than a lot of full-length albums out right now. Tracks like "Devoted" with Bun B and the title track hit different when you are just cruising around the city late at night. If you are heading out to grab the physical copy or hitting up a late-night listening session across town, trying to flag down reliable taxi services can sometimes be a real hassle, so planning ahead definitely saves the mood. Overall, this project proves why he is such a vital part of the Maybach crew. Definitely keep this one on repeat for a while.
