2 Chainz had his Nitecap with Peter Bailey. Following his B.O.A.T.S 2: Me Time listening session in Atlanta, the two head to the studio to talk recent arrest, advice from 50, work ethic and more.

2 Chainz couldn’t make it to his album listening session in New York last week due to his arrest. But when he did touch down in the city for the VMA’s, he spoke to Power 105.1’s Angela Yee about his stand off with the Oklahoma City Police Department.

MTV held their annual VMAs tonight at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center. Above Miley brought her twerk skills with her single, “We Can’t Stop”. Afterwards, Robin Thicke hit the stage for “Blurred Lines” and “Give It 2 Me (Remix)” with 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar. Twerk, Miley.

For their latest commercial the folks over at Beats By Dre links up with 2 Chainz to “destroy bad sound”. The clip stars 2 Chainz and features a preview of his Drake and Lil Wayne assisted track “I Do It”, which is featured on the rapper’s sophomore album.  B.O.A.T.S. 2: Me Time. drops September 10.

With “Blurred Lines” topping the charts for it’s 11th straight week, Mr. Thicke doubles back and continues the parade of ladies for his latest visual. The Diane Martel directed clip finds Robin, along with 2 Chainz and Kendrick Lamar redefining the term “fantasy football”.  Looks like he might score another touchdown with this one.
