A screening was held in NYC last night for 9th Wonder’s documentary, The Wonder Year. Presented by LRG and directed by Kenneth Price, the film chronicles 9th’s formative years up to now. Now that the two made amends, Phonte tells The Urban Daily that he plans to release a solo album with majority of the production done by 9th Wonder. No name as of yet, but Phonte is eyeing a September 13 release, which is also the 6th anniversary of the release of The Minstrel Show. The pair recently reunited last month on Lil B’s track.
