So far, no arrests have been made but his mother pleads for the culprits to turn themselves in.
Radio and TV personality, DJ Megatron was shot and killed this morning in Staten Island. Currently, no arrests have been made nor eyewitnesses been found. Now that Waka Flocka and Stephen Hill have reconciled, Waka stopped by Hot 97 this evening and explained his war of the words with BET’s H.N.I.C. He goes hard in the tweets.
Days after Waka Flocka and BET’s Stephen Hill’s Twitter dispute, the pair have apparently made peace. In fact, Waka’s set to appear on 106 & Park this afternoon. Geometry, good! UPDATE: Waka Flocka on 106 & Park
The BET Hip-Hop Awards airs in nine days, but here are some snaps from yesterday’s taping at the Atlanta Civic Center. From Hammer making an appearance during Ross and Puff’s show opener, to Dipset’s reunion, it was an eventful night minus the Waka foolery of course. Although we got snubbed, Nicki walked away with three awards while Jay, Eminem, and Drake, who were all absent, won respectively. See who showed up after the jump.
This was an interesting read, especially since it shows how music and pop culture can blend in unexpected ways. T-Pain’s use of Auto-Tune really changed the sound of modern music, and it’s cool to see how artists and even public figures get referenced in creative ways like this. It highlights how certain trends spread and influence different parts of culture over time. It also made me think about how creativity shows up in everyday things beyond music. Even in something like car ownership, small personal touches can reflect style and personality. For example, using honda acty seat covers is a simple way to add comfort while also protecting the interior, which is a practical upgrade that still ties into personal taste and care. Overall, it’s interesting to see how different topics connect, whether it’s music, culture, or even cars.
