During B.o.B.’s performance last night at the Bowery Ballroom, he brought out T.I. and 2 Chainz, for a recital of “Spend It (Remix)”. We’re going to have to check the record books, but this may have been the first time they’ve performed this live. hhnm

This is a really insightful perspective on modern sales approaches. I completely agree that helping customers instead of pushing them is especially important in the SaaS space. When users are given the freedom to explore features on their own, it builds trust and confidence in the product. This naturally leads to stronger onboarding experiences and better long-term retention. Forced sales tactics might work short term, but organic engagement is what truly sustains growth.
