In the latest installment of Life+Times’ Decoded series, producer DJ Quik reflects back to when he created The Black Album track with Hov, the inspiration behind it and Madonna’s contribution.

With a guitar in hand, DJ Quik returns with new music and puts the pedal to the medal in its accompanying video. Our bad on having this slip past the Radar. nr

L.A.’s House of Blues was packed with fans and guests—including Jesus for Jesus Piece’s release concert. Of course, it was only right to end the “Celebration” with Bone Thugs. HHH has a gang of footage below.

This was premiered a couple of months ago at LA’s KDAY, but somehow it slipped under the Radar. HipHop-N-More jogs our memory with the radio rip. Nice Cali tune. Quik’s forthcoming coming soon.

Trae Tha Truth, Chipmunk, Iggy Azaela, B.o.B., & T.I.  As always, the highlight of last night’s Hip-Hop Awards were the cyphers. DJ Quik and DJ Reks

While out West, Mystikal hooked up with DJ Quik for Blind Productions’ D.I.A.L. (Day In A Life) series. Based off their banter, this was filmed during the NBA season. Hopefully, we see the results sooner than later.

It’s tha world! Last night, Gangsta Gibbs kept it 187 proof inside the cooker along with Warren G, Jeezy and DJ Quik. Whenever the outcome surfaces, we’re sure it will sound as good as this looks. UPDATE: Footage above. Pics down bottom.
