Another doggone shame. DMX was initially set to be released from Yuma State Prison tomorrow, but according to TMZ, he will have to remain for at least another week due to a few infractions including: drug possession of an unspecified drug, failing or refusing a drug test, smoking and more. X has been at the Arizona pen since December on a probation violation.

X is scheduled to be released from prison in less than a month. Here we go again. The AZ Corrections reports that Dark Man X will be released from prison on July 1 and will be under supervision until August 12.
