Bring the noise. It was announced today, Public Enemy are among the inductees for the 2013 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Also included is Donna Summer and Quincy Jones. The 28th ceremony takes place at L.A.’s Nokia Theatre on April 18 and will air on HBO on May 18. Congrats!

After her long battle with cancer, TMZ reports that five-time Grammy award winner Donna Summer has passed away in Florida. She was 63. R.I.P. to the Queen of Disco.
