The league does not allow NBA personnel to make contact with college players who are potential lottery picks before draft. As partial owner of the Nets, Jay may be fined for this infraction. The Kentucky Wildcats advanced to the Final Four yesterday after pouncing on the North Carolina Tarheels (76-69). Following their victory, Jay-Z congratulated the team inside their locker room.
