So far, this Friday is turning out G.O.O.D. for Kanye West. Yesterday, a Miami judge threw out the lawsuit, Suge filed against him in May due to lack of evidence. Suge was seeking over $1 million in damages after he claimed the rapper, who hosted a party at the Shore Club in Miami, was responsible for lack of security when he was shot.

Hot 97’s DJ Absolut plans to file a lawsuit against Kia Shine for allegedly using his beat for Lil Wayne’s “Do It For The Boy”. That song’s lyrics were used in Drake’s “Best I Ever Had” and last September, it was revealed that Shine was compensated for it. Absolut says the rapper agreed to pay him 20% of the residuals but breached the contract. Reps for Shine have yet to comment on the suit. ny daily news
