Roll the credits… Torrance Hatch, aka Lil Boosie, pleaded guilty this morning to charges he smuggled contraband into two different prisons he was held in while awaiting trial on murder charges. Hatch was sentenced to eight years hard labor for the charges, with credit for time served. wbrz

The Advocate reports that Lil Boosie was indicted yesterday on drug charges for sneaking codeine in Angolo State Prison back in May. Boosie is currently awaiting trial for first-degree murder. Boosie is such a bad azz. Lousiana’s WAFB reports he and two other inmates were allegedly trying to smuggle codeine syrup into the Louisiana State Penitentiary. He’s been charged with conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution and inciting a felony. Boosie is currently locked up and awaiting trial for his first degree murder charge.

Boosie is still locked up fighting a first degree murder with the possibility of facing the death penalty. XXL was lucky enough to speak with him behind bars, and he reveals his frustration on being in prison.
