Before Rakim and Nas commanded the stage at Paul’s #PR40 last night, EPMD warmed things up. In between the Green Eyed Bandit’s gripes, the brothers from Brentwood performed “You’re A Customer” amongst other hits. Earlier Craig G and Dane Dane did their one-two thang. Great camera work Dark Nyte.
Flanked by the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, hometown hero Nas hit the stage and performed a few classics for Paul Rosenberg’s #PR40. Peep Dark NYte‘s footage of “N.Y. State Of Mind” and “The World Is Yours”. EPMD up next.
As previously mentioned, Rakim was one of the surprise guests last night at Paul Rosenberg’s #PR40 Birthday Bash. In this clip, he performs “Eric B. Is President”, “Microphone Fiend”, and “Follow The Leader.”
Paul turned the big 4-0 last night and celebrated his born day with a private party in Queens. Some of the guests included NY Yankees pitcher CC Sabathia, Just Blaze, The Alchemist, Royce Da’ 5’9″, and Joell Ortiz. The bash also included a performance from EPMD and later, surprise guests Rakim and Nas. The Dark NYte was on the move and rounded up a few attendees to wish Bunyan a happy birthday. I really appreciate how this article focuses on practical habits that parents can introduce from an early age. The advice about sneaking vegetables into familiar foods is particularly useful because toddlers can be extremely selective about what they eat. I also agree that physical activity should become a normal part of family life instead of something children associate only with organized sports. When parents participate in outdoor games and walks, children are more likely to develop a positive attitude toward movement. It is also valuable for parents to pay attention to their own health because children learn by observing them. Resources that explain measurements such as bmi for men can encourage fathers to think more carefully about nutrition, exercise, and maintaining a healthy body. Healthy families are often built through these small daily choices.
