YN Blackout

I'm down for good music for a good cause but this ain't the case. The homie Sha from MTV hit me with a question yesterday I dreaded goin' on the record about: How do I feel about hip-hop artists being included in the "We Are The World" remake? Geez, I guess we've come long way since 1985. I don't think you could do it any other way than include our culture which is the pulse of pop culture. But instead of feeling any type of validation, I feel disgust. Seriously, a complete remake of the original song? Celine Dion gettin' her Cyndi Lauper on? Lil Wayne as Bob Dylan? Fuck outta here. Didn't I see Will.I.Am in the flicks? They could gave that nigga an hour plus a pen and a pad and I'm sure he'd come up with something cheesy for no small fee but for free. I'm truly scared to hear what the final product is gonna sound like. Are we really gonna hear the soothing vocals of Nipsey Hussle in the final mix? Highly doubt it. Damn, it's the thought that counts but this just doesn't feel right. Shame on a couple of legendary nuhs named Lionel Richie and Quincy Jones. MJ is turning over in his oxygen tank.
You Played Yourself

You know you done fucked up, don't you? You know it, don't you? You know you done fucked up.
are we really gonna give this cracker a pass on this?
white people are getting to the point where they say whatever they want and black people just accept the it. in many ways we are loosing ground.
It’s crazy how white people get so comfortable to the point that they think its ok for them to say these things.
this was a big mistake. the way he tried to delete the message, then apologize, then delete the apologies as well to cover it all up…. not a good look.
I’m sure it was just a joke and he didn’t mean anything by it.
Sheesh, Black people are too sensitive.
this isnt a big deal…
dogg i aint even an asher fan. but this is nothin. dude shoulda manned up and saidd yaa i thought it was funny. Cuz it kinda was. after imus said nappy headed hoes it became a joke. and who cares. we (hip hop culture) have been hatin on hoes for years. in fact it’s fair to say that we dont love dem. because the words nappy headed is used its a big deal. so jus cuz this dude put an adjective in front of the word hoes its a big deal? haha. im surprise no one has used the term “nappy headed hoes” in rap lyrics yet to tell u the truth.
EVER HEARD OF DON IMUS? EVER HEARD OF A CULTURAL REFERENCE? IT WAS A FUCKING JOKE… YALL ARE SOME BITCH ASS CRY BABIES… GET A FUCKIN LIFE AND STOP CRYING.. CHUUCH
that is making him look like an a-hole on this one.
niggas is lettin this shit slide?
either that or its all white boys on these blogs saying “get over it”, “its just a joke” etc.
My reply to anyone who asks me about this incident is…
“Who Asher? Fuck that nigger!” -We can go ‘joke’ for ‘joke’ babeyyy!!!!
“Well, I mean come on he is a nigger..” —People keep in mind these replys are STRICTLY for black people to say to any other nationality that throws this shit in your face to get a reaction from you (like they always do). IT WILL FREAK THEM THE FUCK OUT! and they deserve it.
and yes I am blackman asiatic (for any suckas that Q)
“are we really gonna give this cracker a pass on this?”
listen to yourself, you just called the kid a CRACKER. an insult to white people. how the fuck you expect not to get called a ****** but your throwin the word cracker around like its nothing. its the same fucking shit. and all he said was nappy headed hoes. god damn. it was a bad joke nothin’ more.
I keed, I keed.
i dont see the big deal. I wasnt racist when Don Imus said it and it still isn’t racist. People need to shut the fuck up and quit complaining. It was a fucking joke, it wasnt funny but it was still a joke. Im surprised Sharptons punk ass didnt try to give his 2 cents.
