Seems to me you are the real racist. I am a publicist who has worked with Vanessa, Datwon and Elliott. While some may have been better than others, they were all chosen because they could perform the job. Elliott held that position for years with much success. Datwon was only there for a year, but perhaps it wasn’t the right fit. No one can ever predict these things. So to try and find some illogical racist conspiracy is totally ridiculous. And your derogatory terms, show that you are just an angry bitter person versus someone writing with a valid point of view.
