Disrespectful views at Tha Kang, T.I.? Nah, Ms. Banks you're out of line. Yeah Harris' Aussie ain't that dope but neither are you. I just saw you at Coachella and I wasn't impressed. You got the look, the swag, the tough talk but where are the tunes? "212" is alright but that's where it stops. According to Jay-Z's old board rules: You have no right to diss Tip. Look in the mirror and ask yourself: How many classic albums have you created? Are you on anyone's top 10 MCs list? Do you have any hardware on your walls, ma? Cliff is right. Keep him out of the girlfight. You're heavy in these tweets, but I hope you're finding time to create music that backs up your buzz. Or you'll soon be begone like Kreayshawn. You young ladies today bore me. *Turns up Mia X CD* No Limit forever!

Why does Pharrell use the same horns on every song this year? He used them on “Love Bomb” from the N.E.R.D. cd, he used the same horns on the Jay Z track from Blueprint 3 “So Ambitious”, he used the same horns on the “Popeyes” track from the Clipse upcoming cd, and now I find out he used the same horns on this track….WTF! So many hot producers out there, why use the same guy for your track? His beats as of late sound like some half-assed, I’m rocking LV all day and not worrying about rap-money, type shit!
Does anyone else notice this? Or do you just skim through it?
Im glad the Clipse stick with the same producer it gives them a sound, just like how Eric Sermon use to do Redmans album, Rza use to do every Wu album, Trackmasters with Nas (It Was Written), Manny Fresh and Juve, etc.
Verses are on point, true story, government been gettin busy, the crack game came and had its years, its over.
Wait, I’m not hating on them using the same producer – I’m hating on Pharrell’s beats. The Clipse without Neptunes production is like a Jay Z cd without Timberland production
[...] Wasn’t really crazy about this song when I first heard it, but aside from the hook, it’s growing on me. Till’ The Casket Drops in stores December 8th. Swiped from RapRadar. [...]
The beat Pharrell used the best one he has made yet (as far as the horns go), he continues to use them because look at what it produces, listen to Swizz Beats, one of the hottest upbeat producers and still uses some of the same sounds. Most great producers can recognize repetition in something great. why change that?? Those horns are the new neptunes sound for right now, and so far it hasn’t seem to let them down. “Love Bomb”, “Blanco”, “So Ambitious” and now “Doorman”.
THE NEPTUNES BEAT PRODUCTIONS AS OF LATE IS SUPER WACK. CLIPSE NEED TO GET WITH AN UP AND COMING PRODUCERS WHO HAVE THEM STREET BANGERS. NEPTUNES GET PROPS CAUSE OF THERE NAMES. PHARELL HAS NO BOOM BAP. CLIPSE NEED THAT BOOM BAP FOR THEM DRUG RAPS!!!!!

clipse & neptune beats go hand-and-hand. don’t care about videos anyway but the song is ill as usual.
Hope their project doesn’t get pushed back again, liked every joint I’ve heard from them thus far this album cycle.
