Who cares if he made up his story? You think rappers raps are authentic? It’s nothing more than fiction or things that “used to happen”. Fact is “Deeper Than Rap” was a solid release and Ross’s skills have definitely elevated. Separate the man from his music. Every “gangsta” rapper you hear is a liar, if their stories were even half-true they would be dry-snitching left and right. Nah, real gangsters don’t talk they make moves in silence. I would say less than 1.5% percent of these “hardcore/gangster” rappers are authentic. Hip Hop/Rap is a form of entertainment, nothing else..
