After Envy announced his departure from Hot 97 earlier this week, he confirmed this morning that he’s flipping the power switch to NY’s Power 105.1.

“I’m excited to start hosting afternoons at Power 105.1. Now I’m with the first person that put me on the radio, Ed Lover, and the person who taught me how to mix, DJ Clue. I’m honored to join a young team of talented jocks. The grind begins…its Movvinn!!!” – DJ Envy

Envy is taken over Malikha Mallette’s slot and in turn, will co-host “The Ed Lover Show” from 5:30-9:30am. So, that means Free of 106 & Park fame is out of a job. That sucks!
