TMZ UPDATE: How’s this for a twist. We just got papers from the courts — Nas’ DUI case has been administratively dismissed. The reason — not enough evidence, because his OFFICIAL drug test “came back negative for drugs, including marijuana.”

Nas passed that damn test and yes the charges weer dropped. He walked a straight line and took an extra step during his turn and the police eye test was so long that it was obvious they were trying everything to get something on him! Nas stayed calm and was honest and very cooperative! Nas still the GOAT!

I don’t think I could pass those tests sober…I’m glad they didn’t charge him; he obviously was sober enough to drive. Well, he was sober period because he passed the drug/alcohol test.

Field sobriety tests and DUI charges really boil down to one test..
HGN – which is the test where they follow your finger is the real indicator of Intoxication.. the reaction of your eyes indicates your body’s nervous system response to blood alcohol…
depending on how fast your eyes bounce, properly trained officers can indicate your BAC within about 5% accuracy.. thats a scientific fact
the other tests are simply divided attention tests which many people who drink often will pass anyway because the more you drink the less you lose motor skill function
sooo… you can walk the line straight do all the other tests and still blow past .08
most DUI charges are dropped due to the circumstances regarding the actual traffic stop which lead to Field sobriety test and documentation and procedure… so people get off regardless of the fact that htye blow twice the legal limit.. it happens everyday!!!!!
